It’s not that we’re trying to be obstinate… It’s just the way we work.
Another thing that you should probably know: Unlike some larger firms who insist on making their customers take all the risks with their projects, we believe that a shared risk model puts us on the same side of the table as our customers. As such, we offer a 100% guarantee on all our work. If for any reason you aren’t completely delighted with what we do, we encourage… Nay, insist, that you tell us so we can make it right. And if we can’t make it right, we’ll adjust the price to match whatever you think our service is worth. Feel free to ask any other NetSuite expert if they offer the same guarantee. We guess that the answer will be a big “No.”
